Dr Matt Hucker is one of the founding directors of Aesthetex. He has observed an ever increasing need for a doctor-lead cosmetic practice and is delighted to bring to our community the team with all of their individual expertise. He is also very proud to offer and promote only the best of products, which after all is paramount when it comes to the health of our bodies and skin.
Dr Matt is one of Jimboomba’s own, having grown up locally in Jimboomba where he attended Hills International College. He graduated Dux of his class, received the Caltex award for “Best all-round year 12 student” and was also school captain. He went on to study Applied science at QUT before receiving a Qld Health Scholarship to attend and study medicine at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. After graduating medicine, he has been busy completing further studies in Anaesthetics as well as in the field of General Practice and Rural and Remote Medicine. He has received a total of four fellowships to date being, FRACGP, FARGP, FACRRM and FRACGP-RG. He is currently a practicing GP and holds a Senior Medical Position at the local hospital. His background and continued practice of anaesthesia has left him well poised as a professional and competent cosmetic injector as well as having completed advanced courses in the provision of anti-wrinkle and injectable treatments.
In 2021, Dr Matt joined Dr Rodney Willett as co-owner of Jimboomba Junction Family Practice, and has helped transform their practice into what it is today. Part of this transformation has now included the imagining and subsequent opening of Aesthetex to their community. He is proud of what we bring to the community and is committed to ongoing professional development to continue to bring more cosmetic procedural range that clients would otherwise have to travel greater distances to get.
Dr Rodney Willett has over 10 years’ experience as a cosmetic injector.
He has a strong influence in procedural medicine due to his surgical interests and background. Transferring those skills into results that can promote self-confidence and wellness was the drive to begin his journey into the field of cosmetic medicine.
Dr Rod is focused on offering safe, effective and lasting results. Broadening his skillset is a constant drive.
Constraint is important to Dr Rod, ensuring his efforts to deliver natural, healthy-looking results.
Dr Rod is excited about his involvement in Aesthetex and the offerings that Aesthetex will allow with further treatments planned for the near future.

I am currently a practicing GP nurse, paediatric perioperative nurse and cosmetic nurse for Aesthetex. Let me tell you no two days are the same!

My name is Dimity and I have over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry working as a therapist and trainer for several leading cosmetic companies. Meet Taylor,
Another one of Jimboomba’s own, having grown up in the area and lived here for many years. Taylor moved to NSW to complete her university training where she qualified as an Oral Health Therapist. She is an AHPRA registered dental practioner and has completed numerous training and upskilling courses to keep her up to date with the latest technology and practices. Taylor loves a themed set of scrubs and has 30 pairs or more in her collection.
Taylor is extremely excited and proud to be joining the team at Aesthetex and to be offering all of your in-house teeth whitening needs. As a qualified dental practioner, you can rest assured that you will have a thorough review before your teeth whitening and if there is anything warranting seeing a dentist then Taylor will advise you of same.
